Refund policy

This policy covers Listing Doctor reviews bought on this website: the £9.99 short-stay review and the £19.99 property-for-sale review. Please read it before you pay.

Delivery

Your report (the £9.99 short-stay or £19.99 sale review) is delivered within 24 hours of payment.

Refunds

No refund once payment is made, because work starts automatically.

If we don't deliver your report within 24 hours, we'll fix it or refund you in full. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation

Because work starts straight away, you agree that your 14-day cancellation right ends once delivery begins.
